Children are foody and they are fond of junk foods or unhealthy foods just because they are tastier than healthy food. But while they are at school, I mean when they are learning all the basic values in the school, they need to be taught the importance of healthy food and a healthy lifestyle. School age is an age where you can shape your children’s mindset as much as positive you can, in this age only you can teach them every right thing and most probably they’ll react to it properly and they will imply it on their life.

Like for instance, if they are taught that smoking cigarettes are injurious to health, so they will go home and teach their parents the same. So being healthy is a very important lesson they can learn in their early ages.

- Almost every kid is fond of junk foods that give them delicious taste and they denied healthy food to eat. Sometimes parents give their kids healthy food but school avoids to give them healthy food. - During the lunchtime in the school, children get perplexed between the junk foods like pizza, burger, doughnuts, etc and healthy food like fruits, vegetables, milk, and fruit juices which contain 100% fruits. And of course, they will end up with junkies only. So, in school, there should not be a choice between unhealthy and healthy. The school has to provide only healthy stuff because parents rely on the school to keep their children safe during school time.
