What makes food organic?
When farmers do organic farming without any chemicals, pesticides, or any kind of dangerous drug, then organic farming makes your food organic that contains lots of Minerals, Vitamins, Proteins, Carbohydrates, and Antioxidants which is very healthy for your body.
If the food is purely organic, then it is not only healthy for humans, but also for the farm animals, for the birds who eat crops, for the animals who eat plants, and for other critters of nature who are highly reliable on nature to provide them healthy food and keeps them healthy. But it is human who spoiled everything which is natural, humans spoiled environment not only for themselves but for the other creatures who are also part of the environment.
Organic food improves taste and health benefits because they are grown in a way that is advantageous to the environment. Organic food lacks the harmful pesticides that prevent nutrients of the soil from depletion, reusable for years, and keeping it fertile every time. Also, organic farming has no dangerous toxins to pervade into the soils, nearby water supply, and rivers affected by chemicals. Although, it sometimes or many times happens with conventional farming.
There are no specific studies proved that conventional foods that are modified genetically are harmful to your health but continuous consumption of these foods leads to extreme health problems such as heart disease, asthma, osteoporosis, sensitizing allergies, & migraine.
So, in order to be healthy, you need to make wise choices for what you put in your body that could lead you to a healthier life. The foods that contain high levels of pesticides are dairy products, meats, vegetables & fruits with edible skin such as peaches, apples, bell peppers, and celery (ajavaayan), they all can prove unhealthy to your body if they are not purely organic.
