Foods which contain high Vitamins.



Vitamins are both an essential nutrient and an organic compound. They mostly come from food because the human body doesn’t produce any or enough of vitamins on its own. There is a total of 13 vitamins and either they can be fat-soluble or water-soluble.

Foods With High Vitamins:

Green Leafy Vegetables:

All green leafy vegetables have extra nutrient-dense sources and it contains vitamin A, vitamin B2, B3, B6, B9, vitamin K, vitamin E, Beta-Carotene, and vitamin C. These vegetables include Spinach, Kale, Cabbage, Fenugreek, and Collard Greens.

Broccoli:

Broccoli is nutritional food to anyone. It contains vitamin A, vitamin C, vitamin K, vitamin E, and vitamin B9, and also Beta-Carotene.

Nuts:

Nuts include almonds and walnuts are the greatest choices for consuming vitamins. It contain vitamins B1, B6, B2, and vitamin E. Nuts are healthy for the heart and they lower the cholesterol in the body.

Bell Peppers:

Bell peppers contain vitamin A, vitamin C, Beta-Carotene, and Lycopene. Red bell pepper and yellow bell pepper contain beta-carotene & lycopene in high quantity than a green bell pepper contains. And bell peppers contain vitamin C mostly.

Green Peas:

Green peas are very healthy. And they contain vitamin A, vitamin E, Beta-Carotene, and vitamin B1.

Avocados:

Avocados contain calories and fats in high quantity, so you cannot eat more than 1 small avocado or ½ avocado. They have vitamin E and vitamins B5, B6, B9.

Tropical Fruits:

Tropical fruits such as Papaya and fruits which have red flesh contain mostly lycopene. And tropical fruits contain vitamin E, vitamin B1, Lycopene and vitamin A.

Eggs:

Eggs are healthy for the heart but they also have cholesterol at a high level. They contain vitamin D and vitamins B2, B5, B12.

Dried Fruits:

Dried fruits are healthy but they have a high sugar level so you cannot eat more than 1 per day. They contain vitamin B1, vitamin E, vitamin A, and Lycopene.
