Junk food is totally like its name “Junk”.
College or School students, Office goers, and even the small children love to eat junk foods like Pizza, Burger, Fries, Chips, Soft Drink Soda, etc, because they all taste delicious. However, they are tasty but not healthy and many times they can also lead to several health problems such as rise epidemics of numerous chronic diseases, coronary disease, type 2 diabetes, and some sort of cancers.

It causes chronically high insulin level. So, to avoid Diabetes, we must avoid junk foods as our daily meal.
