Nearly all of the time it does not last long and simple changes can help your digestive system run effortlessly again. Constipation is a common illness in everyone that results from the lifestyle and diet. Broccoli has sulforaphane, a substance, which may protect the gut and can ease your digestion. Sulforaphane can also help to stop the overgrowth of some intestinal microorganisms that interfere with healthy digestion.
 
 
Pears and Apples:
Pears and Apples have several compounds that can improve your digestion and that also includes fiber, fructose, and sorbitol. Apples and Pears also contain a high amount of water that can prevent your constipation.
 
 
Grapes:
Grapes are rich in fiber and they contain lots of water to ease your constipation.
 
 
Blackberries and Raspberries:
They both are rich in water and fiber that can ease your constipation.
