No, not a real rainbow, I mean eat colorful veggies and fruits.
Yes, they are colorful and healthy too.
The more you eat fruits and vegetable, the more you feel healthy and feel risk-free of dangerous diseases.
Okay, you can do one thing, do not eat every day but you can eat veggies twice or thrice a week.
Hey, but what about fruits? I am sorry, you need to eat fruits every day at least one fruit a day.

Here, I Am Going To Tell You Some Ways To Intake Fruits and vegetable Every Day:
  • Make Your Morning Colorful: Making your morning colorful doesn't mean playing with colors in the early morning, but you have to eat one fruit or at least one vegetable in your breakfast. Breakfast is super needy because it is the first meal in your whole day and if you don’t eat your breakfast then, directly or indirectly you will be losing your energy. So, listen to me and please don’t skip your breakfast no matter you are in rush or not. If you are in a rush for office, school, college, or somewhere else, grab an apple and eat it with one glass of milk, that's it. However, don’t skip. 
  • Buy More Veggies And Fruits: I know I know, who buys vegetables and fruits every day and more often? Right? But if you don’t buy them more, you won't eat them anymore. Moreover, eating them more is extremely important. You can't ignore facts that they are so much healthy and they provide so many nutrients to your body. Instead of buying more chips and cookies, buy more veggies and fruits. 
  • Try To Cook Creatively: Remember, not every time kids throw the tantrums to eat, sometimes we elders throw tantrums too to eat. Therefore, we can do one thing, we can try to cook creatively and present it in a very tasty way. So, when we elders and kids look at that dish, our mouth will start watering. Isn't it a great idea? I think so, it is. What do you think? 
  • Drink Fruit Juice: See I am making it all simple for you. If you don’t want to eat the whole fruit, then make juice of fruits or you can even make a milkshake with those fruits. It is so simple, just take your favorite fruit and peel it off and blend it in a mixture and guess what? Drink it up. 
  • Make Your Fruit Dessert: Some people have a habit of eating dessert after their dinner or lunch and those desserts contain lots of artificial sweeteners and sugars and flavors also. So, try to eat a bowl of berries or other fruits as your dessert and make it your healthy dessert.
The Bottom Line
The bottom line is that if you can't eat healthy foods, you can't stay healthy. As simple as that. So, if you ask my opinion, you should start eating vegetables and fruits from today.
