Snacks are a favorite food of kids and as their growing age, they often get hungry between their meals. It is obvious that your kids will want to eat snacks every now and then. So, you need to take care of their eating habits and always provide Kids healthy snacks.
Here are some healthy snacks for your kids:
Popcorn:
Popcorn is the healthiest food for your kids, it is not a junk food as many people consider it junk. It is healthy unless you are drowning it in unhealthy toppings. Try to air-pop your own popcorn at home and give it to your kids with little butter or cheese toppings.

Paneer in India. And it is very nutritional for kids. Cottage cheese has vitamin B12, calcium, and selenium. And vitamin B12 helps your kids for the proper growth and development of kids' brains. It is soft and creamy so your kids can eat it easily.
Fruits Smoothies:
Smoothies are the best way to give your kids
fruits and
vegetable nutrients. Give them smoothies every day and you can add one vegetable in your kids' fruit smoothie and they may not even realize that.
Fruit Popsicles:
Popsicles are loved by every kid. Store's popsicles are made up of artificial flavors and they contain high sugar. So, it will be good that you make it at home. Make a puree of frozen fruits whichever you want and add a small amount of fruit juice and cover it with foil and insert a stick and freeze it overnight.
